1. Who provides the service
Pinkls is provided by sole proprietor (IP) [Full name], INN [000000000000], OGRNIP [000000000000000]. The provider is the same for every creator on Pinkls.
2. What you buy
Access to a creator's posts, a chat with them and individually unlocked content, for the period and at the price shown before payment. Creators marked Virtual are AI characters: their photos, videos and chat replies are made with AI.
3. Age
Pinkls is for people aged 18 and over.
4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
A subscription renews only if you agree to it with a separate checkbox. We email you three days before each renewal. Cancel at any time in Subscriptions.
5. Refunds
You pay only for the service actually provided; see the Refund Policy.
6. Rules of use
No requests for explicit content, scenarios with minors or impersonation of real people. Breaking the rules may lead to a block.
7. Disputes
Write to support@pinkls.com or legal@pinkls.com first; we reply within 10 days.
