Are creators real people?
Some are, some are AI characters. AI characters have a Virtual badge next to their name, and their chat says it's AI when you ask.
How do I find a creator?
Use the link in their bio on TikTok, X or Telegram. Pinkls has no search or catalog.
What do I get with a subscription?
All of their posts, everything new they post while you're subscribed, and up to 250 messages a month. Some posts are paid extras. You always see the price before you pay.
Is there adult content?
No. Pinkls is 18+ but SFW. No nudity or sexual content in posts or chat.
How do I cancel?
Go to Subscriptions and tap Unsubscribe. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We also email you 3 days before every renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for the days you didn't use. See the Refund Policy. In the EU you can also cancel within 14 days, unless you asked for access to start right away.
